• Order details: products, payments (processed by our payment provider — we never store card numbers) and delivery.
• Consultation details you choose to share about your skin.
• Product authentication: bottle numbers you verify.
• Usage data: pages visited and device information, collected with your consent.

How we use it

To fulfil orders and subscriptions, provide consultations, run AVIN Privé, verify products, answer questions and — with your consent — send the Journal and launch news.

WhatsApp & email

With your permission we send order updates, consultation reminders and follow-ups by WhatsApp and email. You can opt out at any time in your account or by replying STOP.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us operate — payment, delivery, messaging and hosting — under contract, and never sell your personal information.

Retention & security

Information is kept only as long as needed and protected with encryption, access controls and regular backups.
